What are your operating hours?

Self Serve Hours:

Monday - Sunday 6 AM - 11 PM

365 days a year.  If the outside temperature is -10 degrees F or colder, then the Self Serve bays will be closed

Automatic Hours:

Open 24x7x365 Unless the outside temperature is 5 degrees or colder, then it will be closed over night and during the day.  Once the temperatures warm above 5 degrees, we will open the Automatic up.

 

Do you offer membership discounts?

Yes, we offer membership packages that provide discounts and exclusive benefits.

We offer monthly Memberships as well as Pre-Paid Packages for purchase.  You will need to download the UWash app from WashCard Systems to purchase and use any memberships or packages

Is the automatic wash safe for all cars?

Absolutely! Our automatic wash is designed to be gentle on all vehicle types while providing a thorough clean.  It is touch free and we do not use harsh acids like some sites use that can potentially damage your clear coat or paint.

I used the self serve bays and I now see a $20 charge

When you use the self serve bays, a pre-approval of $20 is authorized against your card.  This is the maximum amount that the system will charge in a session and it validates that you can use our equipment.  

This will show as $20 with your bank while the charge is pending.  Once the charge settles with your bank, your bank will show the amount that matches what the equipement showed you at the time of the wash.  This usually takes 2-3 business days to settle.
